• General Statement of Job: Youngsville Police Officers perform general law enforcement work in order to preserve public peace, protect lives, property and rights of the public, and enforce statutory law and municipal ordinances.
• Minimum Training and Experience: This position requires a High School Diploma and/or GED and 1 year of experience in law enforcement; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. A Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) certification and valid NC Driver's License are also required.
