REQUEST FOR BIDS: PROCUREMENT OF RESIDENTIAL TRASH ROLL-OUT CONTAINERS

The Town of Youngsville is seeking quotations for the purchase of trash and recycle containers for the initial start-up of our curbside residential collections. Our goal is to begin service on July 1, 2021.

 Requirements:

 1)      650 – (96 Gallon) residential trash containers. We would like the Town of Youngsville logo (depicted in this memo’s letterhead) and a container serial number printed on the side of every container. The town has no preference on color-scheme. Cost is the primary factor in our award of this contract. 

2)      350 – (96 Gallon) residential recycle containers. Again, we would like the Town of Youngsville logo and serial number placed on the side of every container. The town has no preference on color-scheme. Cost is the primary factor in our award of this contract.

 3)      Delivery service to the Town’s existing residents (approximately 550 customers). We require fully assembled containers to be delivered to every existing customer not later than May 1, 2020. Delivery should conclude with the successful vendor providing the town an electronic listing (e.g. Microsoft Excel document) of each cart serial number and its location (e.g. kept in inventory or the street address delivered).

 Deadline: Quotes should be received by December 1, 2020 at 4:00 pm. 

 Summary:

 All quotes should be sent via electronically to rsmith@townofyoungsville.org by the deadline. You may include catalogs or container information in reference to your container of quote. In your information package, please include your plan (with associated timeline) to ensure delivery of all carts by May 1, 2020.

REQUEST FOR BIDS: MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The Town is currently seeking bids for the construction phase of its Main Street Improvements Project. This project includes streetscape improvements on NC 96 (Main Street) from US 1-A to Cross Street. Please click here for more information. The Town of Youngsville is currently seeking proposals from qualified banking institutions for banking services.

Please review the town's request for proposal document carefully and ensure your response fully addresses all evaluation requirements.

All proposals are to be received via mail no later than August 20, 2020, 12:00 pm. Each proposal should be clearly marked: “Proposal – Banking Services.” These materials should be mailed or delivered to the address indicated in the request for proposals.
